FAQ – Prima Grip

1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–16 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.


3. Do I pay for shipping?

We currently offer free or low-cost tracked shipping depending on your region.
Any shipping cost will be shown at checkout.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still help.
Contact us as soon as possible at primagrip@gmail.com with your order number.

Once the order is shipped, we can no longer modify it.


5. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If something arrives damaged, scratched, or not working, don’t worry.
Send us a picture or video within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement.


6. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging.
Contact our support team and we’ll walk you through the process.


8. Will my tracking number update right away?

Tracking numbers may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.
This is normal — your package is still on the way.


9. Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to most countries.
If your region isn’t supported, Shopify will notify you at checkout.
